APPOINTMENTS:

Full payment is due upon completion of appointment.

APPOINTMENT TIMES & LATE ARRIVALS:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your tanning session so that we can accommodate any last minute requests regarding your tan. If you arrive late to your session, you will be inconveniencing the following client so please make every effort to arrive on time.

If, for some reason, we are late traveling to your location, we will make arrangements upon arrival to accommodate your needs.

Exceptions are allowed for emergencies and dangerous weather conditions.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You are responsible for the full price of your scheduled service if you do not show for your appointment or call to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your designated time.

PAYMENTS & BOUNCED CHECKS:

Full payment is due upon completion of your glowing session. Clients will be fully responsible for any bounced check fees.
